Selling your property

Foote Real Estate is in the market to purchase mobile home communities with a minimum of 35 units and preferably 100+ units.  We are looking for communities with public water/sewer and less then 50% park owned homes.  If you have any interest in selling your property or know of one for sale we would appreciate discussing it with you.  If your property meets our basic guidelines and a reasonable price can be agreed upon, we will act quickly and try to structure the terms of the sale in your best interest (whether a cash sale, bank financing, or owner financing terms).   *Your needs and the needs of your tenants are our top priority*Referral fees paid for any lead that closes*
